A man has died when he car hit a tree near Abernethy on Boxing Day.
About 2.30pm on Wednesday, a man was driving east along Abernethy Road, Abernethy when it appears his sedan has left the road and struck a tree.
A passing motorist noticed the crash and contacted emergency services. The driver died at the scene.
A brief will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
