Cessnock will hope to put on a good show for their predecessors against a re-building West Wallsend.
Discounted refreshments will be offered to all retired former players.

First grade went down 4-1, with the score not reflecting the Hornets’ stoic performance.
Wade Attewell scored an absolute bomb for Cessnock and Jordan White was Flanagan’s Menswear Players’ Player.
The under-23s also battled well against an undefeated side, also having to back players up from the under-19s, eventually losing 2-0. Andrew Nicolai took out Flanagan’s Menswear Players’ Player.
The under-19s put in a huge performance, having only 10 players available for the game, agonisingly losing 2-1.
Sam Garaty found the net for Cessnock and Jourdan Evans was Flanagan’s Menswear Players’ Player.
The Hornets have a trivia night coming up on Saturday, August 2 at Cessnock Leagues Club, with all players expected to attend.
Teams of no more than 12 can be submitted to team managers or details on the sheet in the canteen. Adult and senior players $10, juniors and children free.
