This is the second year in a row that the club fundraised for the charity, which provides accommodation and support for families dealing with illness.
The bowls day was on July 27, with more than 20 teams taking part.
Event organiser Ian Lewis said that the Ronald McDonald House was a very worthy cause and something very close to his heart.
“I have always been a softie for kids,” he said.
“I go down there and see them in hospital and it is just heartbreaking.
“This is definitely a good cause and I know the money will be put to good use.”
Abermain Bowling Club’s secretary-manager Cathy Flegg said that the bowls day had been a great success and the club hoped to hold it again next year.
Rohan Bingham from Ronald McDonald House Newcastle said that the organisation was blown away by the support they had received from the club over the years.
“It definitely warms your heart,” she said.
