Bourke, who is 14 and part of the Northern NSW Football Emerging Jets team, was named on the 23-girl squad after impressing selectors at a four-day elite training camp held at the Australian Institute of Sport last week.
The team flew to Malaysia on Monday along with coach Ante Juric and assistant Vicki Wilson.
The Mini-Matildas will face Vietnam on October 4, Hong Kong on October 6 and the Korea Republic on October 8, with the top team in the group progressing to the AFC under-16 Championships next year.
