Following the success of the 2012 get-together, another reunion for former miners at the Pelton-Ellalong mine will be held at Bellbird Workers Club on Saturday, November 8.

The reunion is for former employers who worked there prior to May 1998, when the mine was closed.
Reunion organiser Brian Fogg said the first reunion was a great success, with about 150 people in attendance.
“People said on the day, you better not leave it too long until the next one,” Mr. Fogg said.
Mr. Fogg worked at the mine for 24 years and said it was a great opportunity to catch up with old friends.
The reunion will start at 2pm. No RSVP is necessary; just turn up on the day.
