Central Hunter’s Target Action Group executed a search warrant on a house in Lee-Ann Crescent about 10.30am on October 15.
Officers arrested two women, aged 27 and 21, and seized more than 90 grams of amphetamines and a large quantity of cash, which police will allege was from the proceeds of crime.
The 27-year-old woman was charged with two counts of dealing with the proceeds of crime, two counts of possessing a prohibited drug, two counts of supplying a prohibited drug and one count of operating a drug house.
The 21-year-old woman was charged with possessing a prohibited drug.
The warrant follows raids at Mount View and Tenambit the week before.
Police conducted an operation at a Pyne Way house on October 9 and arrested one man.
Police seized a substantial amount of drugs, believed to be ice, as well as stolen goods, cash and guns, including a shotgun, from the house.
At the same time officers raided another house close by and arrested two men after a drug lab was uncovered.
Detectives from the Firearms and Organised Crime Squad executed a warrant on a house in Maize Street, Tenambit, culminating in the arrest of a 30-year-old man on October 10.
Central Hunter crime manager, Detective Inspector John Zdrilic said he was pleased with the outcome of the raids and the work of officers.
“In less than a week we have executed three drug house warrants within this command,” he said.
“It is a continuation of the ongoing battle against the problem of drugs in the area, the war on drugs.
“Over those warrants we’ve seized a large amount of cash, weapons and drugs. It’s a good result and it shows we’re not just sitting on our hands.”
Detective Inspector Zdrilic encouraged people to call police if they noticed something suspicious in their area.
“I say it all the time, no one knows your area like you,” he said.
“If you think something is suspicious or you’re not sure, ring us and we’ll decide.”
