Since we 'share' nearly everything nowadays, why not financial information?

People judge people by their own standards. One of my friends in London in the late 1970s was famous for always carrying an indelible felt pen which he used to write his name on everything. My A-Z of London had his name scrawled on the cover because when you are a kleptomaniac, as he was, you assume that everyone else impulsively steals everything as well. Trapped by his own mindset he was driven to label everything as his own because in his mind everyone was a kleptomaniac and stealing stuff was normal. When people make judgements about others they are defining themselves.
