Residents of a Queanbeyan home have had faced two break-ins in the past two months in incidents police believe are linked.

In two separate incidents on Wednesday, April 15 and Saturday, May 5 a number of people broke into the High Street home, stole items and damaged the property and furnishings, NSW police said.
No residents were home during the break-ins.
Monaro Local Area Command acting inspector Paul Batista said police were following a number of leads but urged anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the area to come forward.
"These incidents appear to be linked and we are currently investigating numerous leads including physical evidence," he said.
"Police patrols will also be stepped up in the area while inquiries continue."
