A 61-year-old man has been charged with two counts of murder after the deaths of three people in Hermidale in western NSW, which were discovered after someone found a body in the driveway of a rural property.

The man was arrested about midday on Sunday and was charged that night.
He was refused bail and is due to appear before Dubbo Local Court on Monday.
A search warrant will be executed at a property on Laroo Road, Hermidale, which is about 70 kilometres west of Nyngan, on Sunday afternoon, police say.
The bodies, which were found on Friday morning, have been identified as those of Stephen Cumberland, 59, his 28-year-old son Jacob and a 36-year-old "local woman" believed to be Stephen Cumberland's partner.
Both Jacob Cumberland and the woman suffered gunshot wounds.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted in coming days to determine the cause of death of Stephen Cumberland, whose body was found in a burnt caravan on the property.
The time of the deaths has not yet been determined, but residents reported hearing a large explosion coming from the property on Thursday night.
The two dead men were on bail after appearing in Nyngan Local Court on Wednesday on a range of charges.
Police raided the property last year, when they seized a number of firearms and allegedly found drugs and explosives.
