The event was held at Stonebridge Golf Club, with 1000 golf balls dropped from crane – creating quite a spectacle.
Each ball was numbered and cash prizes were given out to the three nearest to the pin.
The lucky winners were Brett Lidbury, Louise Selmes and Gail Thomas.
Cessnock Rotary Club president-elect Robyn Drayton said the club was thrilled with the result, and that next year they hope it will be bigger and better, incorporating a golf day and dinner.
The Rotary Club would like to thank Stonebridge Golf Club and Valley Cranes for their support.
