The store has donated almost $9000 over the past two years to Redkite, which provides essential support to children and young people with cancer, and their families.
The $9000 donation is enough to ensure families can afford to get to hospital during the first six months of treatment, access to information and counselling in hospital and on the phone.
Since partnering with Redkite in 2013, Coles customers and team members have donated more than $14.6 million to support families from the moment of diagnosis, throughout long treatment periods and when families return home.
Five cents from the sale of every Coles Smart Buy and Coles Brand bread is also donated to Redkite.
