How about a councillor’s?
LJ Hooker Cessnock principal Bryce Gibson, who is also a Cessnock councillor, is offering the chance to do both.
Mr Gibson will take part in the Crack A Cure challenge for cystic fibrosis on Friday, May 27 – charging $20 a crack.
The challenge involves having an egg cracked over your head, taking a photo or video and uploading it to social media, and making a donation to charity.
LJ Hooker supports Cystic Fibrosis Australia with its annual 65 Roses Day barbecue on the last Friday of May.
The Cessnock office has helped raise more than $27,000 for cystic fibrosis over the past six years.
Mr Gibson said the Crack A Cure challenge was the chance to do something different in addition to the sausage sizzle.
“And who doesn’t want to egg a real estate agent or a councillor?” he said.
The fundraiser will be held at LJ Hooker’s office, 93 Vincent Street from 11am.
