The Bears are yet to record a win this season, but coach Trevor Morris was not too disappointed in his team’s performance at Rockwell Automation Park.
Morris said Edgeworth were strong competitors who “didn’t give them a moment’s peace” and were the better of the two teams on the day.
Weston will play a washout match against Lambton Jaffas tonight at Rockwell Automation Park in what will be Robert Macbeth’s 100th game for the Bears.
Weston face another tough contest this week when they take on to third-placed Broadmeadow Magic away this Sunday.
