Quinn, the Dogs' chief operating officer, has found a buyer for his modernised Victorian terrace at 258 Napier Street.
The property went under the hammer in mid-April, but prospective buyers among the huge crowd played their cards close, and it passed in on a vendor bid of $2.2 million.
Nelson Alexander's Arch Staver and Rick Daniel were the marketing agents, but declined to comment on the transaction, including price. Advertising for the swish home has been marked "sold".
Dubbed the Vader House, its unique renovation and extension by architect Andrew Maynard linked the old and new via a glass corridor, and included three bedrooms, a showpiece plunge pool/spa and retractable walls.
