Just when things began to simmer down a week after social media lavished them with praise for exposing Taylor Swift's carefully constructed image as media manipulator extraordinaire, the pair tried to reignite the feud by getting together for a Saturday night on the tiles in Las Vegas.

The reality TV queen, 35, and the Scottish DJ, real name Adam Wiles, 32, continued to rub salt deep into 26-year-old Swift's wounds by posing together at Jennifer Lopez's 47th (yes, 47!) birthday soiree.

Swift's two other arch-enemies – Kanye West and Katy Perry – were missing from the photo opportunity.

The new pals also took swipes at the Shake It Off singer on their respective Snapchat accounts.

Kardashian West mouthed her husband's Famous lyrics that got everyone into this hot mess in the first place.

"I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/Why? I made that b**** famous," she sang in a clip that she quickly deleted.

While Harris showed what team he has now aligned himself with by lip-synching along to another West tune: "Wifey gonna kill me, she the female OJ."

Meanwhile, Swift has been keeping a very low-profile as she and her publicity team go into damage control trying to fix the mess that is her image. It was dragged through the mud when Kardashian West released her second most popular home video showing Swift give approval to West for his Famous lyric.

When the song was released in February, Swift denied West had ever cleared the lyrics with her, and used the opportunity to play the victim and label West a misogynist.

She has since accused the two of "character assassination" and said she was "being falsely printed as a liar".

Meanwhile, the Bad Blood singer managed to get herself from the Gold Coast to Los Angeles unseen and after five days out of the spotlight, she emerged from a gym in West Hollywood.

Swift had been Down Under with boyfriend of five weeks Tom Hiddleston as he filmed Thor: Ragnarok, and since they cannot be separated, seems to have followed him back to the US where he is promoting Kong: Skull Island.

Hiddleston is not at all worried about the drama that he has been swept up in and does not think it will impact his career, particularly landing the coveted spot as James Bond.

Asked if the focus on his personal life bothers him at Comic Con on Saturday, he told People magazine: "I don't know, it comes down to being authentic.

"Everything you do you have to make sure you truly believe in it and as long as you know that, it doesn't matter what anyone else says about it because the nature of being a public figure is that everyone will have an opinion about anything you do, and as long as you know why you've done something and you've committed to it with authenticity then you're OK."
