The young Bears won their way into the grad final with a 2-1 aggregate win against the Emerging Jets.
They face Broadmeadow Magic in Sunday’s decider at Magic Park from 10.30am.
The under-19s drew with the Emerging Jets on Saturday but courtesy of a 1-0 result in the first game at Cooks Square Park, won 2-1 on aggregate.
The Bears under 22s fell out of the race after a 3-0 loss to Broadmeadow Magic.
The Bears had taken a 2-0 lead into the game from the first leg but lost 3-2 on aggregate, courtesy of Saturday’s result.
The Bears under 13s were unable to add the grand final silverware to their premiership title after losing 2-4 to the Emerging Jets in their semi-final.
The under 14s almost upset premiers Football Mid North Coast but their 1-all draw was not enough to make the grand final.
