The youngster, who has forged an outstanding reputation as an entertainer, is scheduled to appear in the Atherstone Room on Saturday, October 15.
McLaren started classical piano lessons in Muswellbrook at a young age then later developed his extensive vocal range.
In 2016, he was a finalist on Australia’s Got Talent, wowing the judges and winning fans across the country with his heartfelt performances and brilliant musical flair.
Now, the Upper Hunter Conservatorium of Music is delighted to present an Evening with Matt McLaren, starting at 7.30pm.
The first half of the concert will feature McLaren as a solo artist.
His exceptional piano and keyboard skills will form the perfect backing as he presents a selection of his favourite songs.
His program will combine old classics re-imagined with the latest cutting-edge hits.
The second half incorporates McLaren’s band.
They are multi-instrumentalists who combine acoustic and electronic instruments to present a dynamic and entertaining “live” performance.
Tickets are $25 (adult) and $20 (concession).
