The biennial reunion of former workers from Pelton-Ellalong Colliery will be held at Bellbird Workers Club on Saturday, November 12.
The reunion is for people who worked there prior to May 1998, when the mine was closed.
Reunion organiser Brian Fogg said the first two reunions – held in 2012 and 2014 – were a great success, with more than 100 people in attendance at both.
So the decision was made to continue the get-togethers every two years.
Mr Fogg started at the mine in 1976 and worked there for 24 years.
He said the reunion is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and share stories from their working days.
The reunion will start at 1pm. No RSVP is necessary; just turn up on the day.
