MAGNET: The weekend attracts large crowds of people from all over Australia to join in the atmosphere as the town centre is transformed into all the glory of a bygone era.
CARS: Shannon’s Show & Shine is a highlight of the Kurri Kurri Nostalgia Festival with two days of classic cars and hot rods lining the streets in the town centre.
BEST DRESSED: One of the great things about the Kurri Kurri Nostalgia Festival is how everyone dresses up and gets into the spirit of the 1950s.
LIVE ENTERTAINMENT: The festival is free to enter and tickets to indoor shows may be purchased through the Kurri Kurri Visitor Information Centre or at the event door.
RETRO HIGH TEA: Enjoy a scrumptious retro high tea, served 1960s style, with live entertainment, dancing and lots of fun.
STEPPING OUT: A number of dance demonstrations will be held over the weekend showcasing classic moves.
