The exhibition runs from April 20-23 and is raising money for Jodie’s Place women’s refuge.
Previous exhibitions have supported other local charities such as the Rural Fire Service and Strive for Autism.
The display, which is only held every two to three years, is a chance for the 50-odd group members to showcase their talent and expertise in a wide range or crafts.
Pieces include patchwork, quilting, hand and machine embroidery, knitting, crocheting and beading.
Some of the pieces to be displayed took years to create and would be worth thousands of dollars in labour and materials.
“Quite a lot of work goes into it,” Cessnock Quilters and Embroiderers president Susan Day said.
“It’s very rewarding to see their hard work pay off.”
