The Crushers crossed twice in the first five minutes through Jarrod McGregor and Dean Waring to establish a 10-0 lead before Stockton crossed for a try and conversion.
Stockton evened the score, but the Crushers hit back with tries to Ethan Hodgson and Jordan Schofield.
Both teams were reduced to 12 men for the start of the second half as a result of a melee just on half-time.
The Crushers took control after the break and tries to Justin Wearing, Alex Davey and Dean Waring extended their lead to 38-10.
Stockton scored two consolation tries.
The only sour note for the Crushers was an injury to Will McGarry.
Thomas Hutton was man of the match.
The Crushers are at home to Stroud on Saturday at 3pm.
