The Crushers were unable to combat a red-hot Dungog going down 42-18 at Bennett Park on Sunday.
Dungog, who were also promoted to B-grade after dominating C-Grade with the Crushers, ran in nine tries to three.
Crushers halfback Alex Davey continued his good form running in two tries, but the damage could have been worse if the Warriors had maintained possession better.
Kearsley will look to turn their form around when they host University of Newcastle on Saturday from 3pm.
