A huge day of family fun at Howe Park on Saturday as the Abermain Hawks and Kearsley Crushers joined forces to raise money for Kids With Cancer Foundation.
The little girl who inspired the day Marlie Chapman got to run out with her dad Bryce and little brother Nash before the Hawks game against Hinton.
Abermain wore special socks with Marlie’s name emblazoned on them.
The Hawks and Crushers have each shared a double-header fixture this season, with funds from Kearsley’s game going to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
Kearsley and Maitland United kicked off proceedings on Marlie and the Hawks’ special day.
