An array of major international and national acts have announced they will be making their way to the Hunter Valley towards the end of the year.
Opera in the Vineyards will be held at a new venue, Château Élan at The Vintage, on October 14.
Three of Australia’s best opera talents Cheryl Barker, Teddy Tahu Rhodes and Jane Rutter will be performing at the event.
Hope Estate will host three events this October and November.
One of Australia’s most successful rock bands, Midnight Oil will grace Hope Estate’s stage for the first time ever.
The iconic band will bring their The Great Circle tour to the Broke Road amphitheatre on October 21.
This will be Midnight Oil’s first world tour in over two decades, featuring Birds of Tokyo and Ash Grunwald as their supporting acts.
Also heading to Hope Estate for the first time will be ‘80s Fest, which will feature some of the biggest international and national acts from the 1980s on November 4.
The audience will be able to return to the past with Paul Young, Go West, The Cutting Crew, Wang Chung and Taylor Dayne, who will be joined by Australia’s own John Paul Young and the Allstars, Pseudo Echo and The Chantoozies.
Another first timer for Hope Estate will be SummerSalt, ready to warm audiences up on November 25.
The event will feature two of Australia’s best-loved and most notable acts, energetic powerhouse The Cat Empire and proficient multi-instrumentalist Xavier Rudd.
This brand new concert event will also bring cultural attractions, placing a very heavy emphasis on local community and sustainability.
Two major acts will make their way to Roche Estate in the coming months.
One of the world’s biggest rock acts, Live, will bring their reunion tour to the Pokolbin venue on November 18. The band is widely known for its smash hit single Lightning Crashes.
They will be joined by Lifehouse, The Calling and Thirsty Merc.
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Yusuf (formerly known as Cat Stevens) will perform at Roche Estate on December 2 as part of his 50th anniversary Peace Train Tour.
