The awards are coordinated by the Cessnock Chamber of Commerce to recognise outstanding customer service delivered within the Cessnock local government area.
The awards were re-born in their current format in 2010 and have grown to become one of Cessnock’s biggest nights of the year, with more than 200 people attending.
A new category for ‘team’ nominations has been added to this year’s awards, recognising the large amount of whole team nominations that have been submitted over the years.
Other categories include trade, professional, community service, retail, hospitality and business owner.
Nominations can be made at cessnockcustomerserviceawards.com.au or by the form at participating businesses. Anyone who submits a nomination will go into the draw to win a $200 voucher.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Anyone who can help should contact the chamber on info@cessnockchamber.com.au.
The awards will be presented at a circus-themed gala dinner at Cessnock Leagues Club on Friday, October 6. Tickets will be on sale at the club soon.
