The eisteddfod began in 1917 to aid the Abermain Methodist Church, and grew to become an independent competition.
Many competitors have gone onto great success in the speech, drama, vocal, instrumental and dance genres from individual competitors through to school groups.
Committee member Brad McBlane said they are looking to hear from anyone who has been connected to the eisteddfod over the years.
“We would love to hear from all those who have been connected to the eisteddfod at one point or another and share their personal stories and memories,” he said.
“Few competitions have reached this milestone and it something to be proud of.”
Anyone with pictures, programs, entry forms, syllabuses, report sheets, certificates or stories that they would like to share for inclusion in the book can contact Brad McBlane by emailing mcblaneb@gmail.com.
