With free entry, over 100 market stalls, a NSW woodchopping championship event, live entertainment, amusement rides, showbags, helicopter rides and more – this is not your average school fair.
About 8000 people attended last year’s event, and this year’s is set to be even bigger and better.
College principal Darren Cox said idea of the Spring Fair is to connect the school with the wider community.
“It’s about providing a fantastic community day – whether you’re two or 82, there’s something you will enjoy,” he said.
Other attractions will include pie-throwing and teacher-dunking; cheese-making and cake-decorating demonstrations; and a Hunter Valley Zoo petting zoo (from 10am to 12pm).
The Spring Fair will run from 10am to 3pm Saturday on Wine Country Drive, Nulkaba.
