“I wanted to offer families an environment where children can have fun first, the learning and development follows. We get great satisfaction seeing them grow in confidence and watching them go on to achieve,” says Samantha.
With a great range of equipment such as mini trampoline, crash mat, two balance beams, horizontal bar, good quality floor mats, two foam wedges, foam box and more, the gym offers tuition for recreational and competition levels.
Gymnastics 21 was founded by Samantha Nicholls in 2016. She has had a passion for the sport since first watching it on the Sydney Olympic Games. Since then she trained as a gymnast for 10 years, then moved onto coaching.
To celebrate its first birthday Gymnastics 21 will be hosting an open day on Saturday September 23 at Somerset sports fields 1pm-4pm.
Families are welcome to come along and learn more about the various classes and private lessons available and enjoy some refreshments, live performances, party games, face painting and the jumping castle.
