By 2025, the millennial generation will make up 75 percent of the workforce.
How to Motivate the Millennials will offer an insight into young people, the factors that influenced their upbringing and their perspective on the world, and how to get the best out of that generation.
The Reach Foundation’s NSW programs and teaming manager Emily Cant said the presentation is aimed at sector workers, businesses, managers or anyone who comes into contact with millennials.
“Everyone will take something away from this presentation,” Ms Cant said.
