The dinner will be held at Cessnock Leagues Club on Thursday, November 9, and anyone who has had a connection to the club over the years is welcome to attend.
“We want as many people as possible who have had anything to do with our club over our 80 years to come along,” club president Graham Farish said.
“These may include family of past members, businesses, recipients of Rotary donations and work.”
Doors will open at 6pm for a 6.30pm start and tickets are $45. Email club secretary Johanna Rosee on jcurosee@gmail.com to RSVP.
Meanwhile, the Royal Oak Hotel’s Melbourne Cup luncheon on November 7 will be a fundraiser for the Cessnock Rotary Club. Call the hotel on 4991 3700 to book your table.
