The LGBTIQ festival was held from Friday to Sunday, with people of all ages joining the celebration of love, diversity, kindness, food, wine, art and music.
“We had people as young as 15 at the party with their parents, and our oldest guest was well into his 70s,” festival organiser Jimmy Kerr said.
“People came from the Hunter, Newcastle, Sydney and Melbourne.”
The festival included family lunches, markets and an art exhibition each day plus ticketed events on Friday and Saturday nights and a recovery party on Sunday (with more than 250 people attending the ticketed events).
Next year’s festival will run from October 13 to 15. Early bird VIP tickets are already available.
