Job Description

Role Requirements:

• Degree or tertiary qualification Construction related
• 2+ years (postgraduate) experience in Residential / Retirement living and / or Childcare, Medical, commercial sectors would be preferable
• Support and assist in implementing strategies and targets as communicated by DM
• Ability to update and report under supervision
• Ability to prepare formal correspondence and presentation under supervision
• Ability to prepare and update basic development programmes
• Keep informed with current market knowledge and updates
• Strong project management, decision making and stakeholder engagement skills
