Barney’s will be a contemporary-style service, with live music, activities for kids, and some Bible teaching.
“Barney’s is named after Barnabas in the Bible. He always encouraged people. We want to encourage each other too,” Anglican Parish of Mount Vincent and Weston parish priest Fr. Chris Jackson said.
“We have some young local musicians who will be leading the music, and participating in other activities.
“Everyone’s welcome – families or singles, young or old.”
The service will start at 4pm and a barbecue tea will follow.
