Baird Real Estate held the promotion, in which everyone who listed their property with them during 2016 went into draw to win their commission back.
The competition was drawn on December 23, and was live-streamed on Facebook.
The winners were Robert and Julie Dykstra, who sold their Cessnock home with Renee Baird in April.
Ms Baird said the couple was happy and shocked to receive the news that they had been drawn out as the winners.
“They have had a pretty tough year after the sale, so I was so pleased that we could make their Christmas,” she said.
The couple will put their prize towards a well-earned holiday – they haven’t had one in five years.
“We would like to thank Baird Real Estate for the experience we had with them and for this wonderful win, we are very happy,” they said.
