Joined by Ebony Tinkler, Troy Rhoades-Brown, Phil Hele and Sharon Friere, the HVWTA covered the four hero experiences that make up the Hunter Valley – wine, food, activities and accommodation offerings.
The HVWTA had never presented to Tourism Australia, so this was an important step in increasing international visitation, as part of our strategic marketing plan.
The presentation was well received and applauded by many who attended, in the regard that the operators weren’t just pitching their product or business, but rather presenting as advocates for each hero experience in the region.
The HVWTA hope to continue to strengthen ties with Tourism Australia, as international visitation makes up a significant portion of visitation to the Hunter Valley.
