The teams have built an amazing rivalry over the past three seasons and have met in the decider each year with victory alternating between them.
Flintstones player Heath Baird said he could not be more prouder of the team, who were the first team to go through a season undefeated since 2004.
Man-of-the-match went to team captain Stephen Herring, who opened the scoring with a good individual try and when the Burners started to mount pressure at crucial times, he took control and settled things down. Others to play well were Dean Wearing and Cal Orchard.
Burners captain Tori Neville said his team was outplayed and out-enthused on the night.
Cunning Stunts won the B-grade grand final.
The competition is back next year in October.
