The festive season got underway at Baddeley Park on December 1, when 3000 people turned out for Cessnock’s Carols in the Park.
Carols nights at Kurri Kurri and Abermain Public Schools on December 10 and 11 respectively drew more than 1000 people.
It’s Mount Vincent’s turn this weekend, with Carols on the Grass to be held at Christ Church on Saturday evening from 5pm.
All are welcome; bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the atmosphere in the grounds of the beautiful sandstone church.
