The sixth annual Hunter Valley Wine Festival had another successful day at the Lovedale location.
Inspired by the famous Hunter Vintage Festivals of the 1970s and ‘80s, the Hunter Valley Wine Festival debuted at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley in 2013.
Previously located in an outdoor marquee in October, the event moved to winter – and indoors to the hotel’s convention centre – in 2015.
Wines from more than 60 of the Hunter Valley’s large and boutique wineries were available for tasting at this year’s festival, along with beer and cider tastings and high-quality local cuisine.
Not to be excluded from the event, children enjoyed a range of kids activities throughout the day.
To top it off, live music played to keep the festivities flowing.
