The annual night brings glitz and glamour as it celebrates excellent customer service delivered in the Cessnock LGA in 2018.
It’s an opportunity for business to come together and provides public recognition for all involved.
“There have been over 1000 nominations for local employees going above and beyond, representing a 40 per cent increase in business participation which is wonderful to see,” Cessnock Chamber of Commerce president Clint Eckert said.
A winner and runner-up will be announced in the following categories:
- Hospitality
- Retails
- Community Services
- Professional
- Trade
- Team
- Business Owner
An overall winner will also be announced on the night.
‘The Chamber of Commerce is excited to be the very first function in the newly renovated function centre at Cessnock Leagues Club with their brand new kitchen facility,” Mr Eckert said.
“We would like to thank Cessnock Leagues Club for again being the major sponsors of CSA 2018.
“We extend that thanks to awards night Sponsor Cessnock City Council and category sponsors Balloon Worx, Matthew Evan Podiatry and Sport Services, TAFE NSW, Sternbeck's Real Estate, Newcastle Permanent and Cessnock Print Place.”
Tickets are available for $75 per head which includes a night of entertainment, three-course dinner and dancing.
