Around this time last year, Santa’s arrival at Richmond Vale Railway Museum signalled the beginning of recovery after fire caused more than $1million damage in September 2017.

“Families are most welcome to photograph their children with Santa. We will also be offering shuttle rides on our full-sized train, as well as miniature train rides throughout the day.”
Mr Meddows added that aside from all of the Yuletide fun, the museum would be open showing off an array of historic memorabilia.
Exhibitions within the museum will include, rail artifacts, images and videos and there will also be some special Christmas-themed displays on the day.
Tickets in the museum;s Christmas raffle will be available with the draw to be conducted at 3pm on the day.
All of the fun will take place at Richmond Vale Railway Museum (Leggett’s Drive, Richmond Vale) on Sunday 18 November from 9.30am to 4pm.
