The 2018 Waste Ops short film competition, called for schools to enter their storyboards for a two minute short film encouraging people to reduce the amount of waste they generate.
Rutherford Technology High School and Kurri Kurri High School took out the finalist positions and were given the opportunity to have their storyboards professionally filmed.
The two films are now live on the Waste Ops website at https://www.wasteops.com.au and the community is encouraged to go online and vote for their favourite.
Voting will close on Tuesday 27 November and the winner will be announced shortly after.
