Police believe all the items were stolen.
At 8.20pm the same evening, police arrested and charged a 38-year old-man who arrived at the property.
Police will allege the man was in possession of a welder and two vacuum sealed packets of meat, which were believed to have been stolen from a Kurri Kurri retail store.
