Pelaw Main's Rohan Tungate has dropped to third in the 2019 Australian Solo Speedway Championship after falling and being excluded from the round three A-final at Undera in Victoria.

Victorian Max Fricke continued his outstanding form to take out his second round after winning the opener at Gillman in Adelaide.
Fricke won the A-final and dropped just one point in the heats to score 18 points ahead of former world champion Chris Holder who was second in the final and collected 15 points from the leg.
Jaimon Lidsey qualified directly for the A-final with 11 points in the heats. He finished third in the final to collect 13 points.
The series moves to Albury for round four on Wednesday night.
Tungate finished with 11 points from Undera with three wins and two thirds in the heats. He won the B-final but after falling and being excluded received no points from the A-final.
Fricke, Chris Holder and Tungate had been tied on 30 points going into the Undera leg and now head to Albury for the fourth leg on Wednesday night before the final round at Kurri Kurri on Saturday.
Other strong performances at Undera were recorded by Nick Morris (11 points), Jack Holder (10) and Justin Sedgmen (9) who made the B-final. Newcastle’s Sam Masters, the 2017 Australian champion, and 2016 Australian champion Brady Kurtz both collected nine points from Undera.
The 2019 Australian championship series is shaping as a three-way battle and is likely to be decided on the final night at Kurri Kurri.
