The successful recipients were Les, Jane and Dale Goldie and Ray Fallon.
Mr Barr congratulated the successful recipients, saying volunteers were the lifeblood our community.
“Volunteers are indispensable within the community," he said. "This award is a celebration of hard working people who have made proactive and selfless contributions to our community over a significant part of their lives”.
"In no way do any of these volunteers seek public recognition, but given their achievements, I think each of them deserve to be applauded by our community."
