Live Life Live Active is a non-profit social enterprise that runs free, outdoor exercise camps in over 120 communities nationwide.
Personal trainer Donna Oliver said the fitness camps are about empowering people - physically and mentally. "So many people are sitting at home on the lounge and they can't afford a session. It's about encouraging everybody to get out and have a go," she said.
"We've got members ranging from 18 to 83 years old so it's really for everyone."
The free 45 minute fitness camps will run for five days a week from 6.30am at End End Oval, with a different session each day including cross training, boxing and yoga.
"It's good because it attracts people to come before they go to work. There's no catch. There is a free nutrition plan available and it's five days a week.
People must register for the sessions and can do so by visiting livelifegetactive.com.
