MBA Leader proves his worth with Award win

Winners of the Not for Profit category, Newcastle Master Builders Group Apprenticeship Schemes is the Building and Construction Industry specialist that supply Apprentices and Trainees of all Trade types to the Building and construction Industry.

The award winning company is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year 2019 and for 19 of those years Brett Lester has proudly been a part of it.

"My Team and I are extremely proud to accept this award. We go to great lengths to ensure our customers and apprentices are well looked after. It is a great boost for us, and indicates that we are doing our best and on the right track." Brett commented.

The business currently has 180 apprentices and trainees and 7 permanent staff and services the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast areas.

Having an apprentice or trainee is an extremely smart business arrangement that is an easy, uncomplicated way to employ people. When the project is finished, businesses can hand them back to the MBA or you can take them through their whole apprenticeship. All the time MBA provide professional assistance and guidance when needed.

The Host Employer is charged an hourly rate that covers all overheads and MBA takes care of the rest.
