The NSW Lotteries retailer stocks greeting cards, magazines, newspapers and giftware; has Opal card facilities, is a Toll collection point, sells phone credit and can even take payment for traffic tolls.
Store manager Sarah Pascoe said the newsagency strives to provide something for everyone to make it easier for people to shop locally.
"We try to maintain a diverse range of products and pride ourselves on being a welcoming store," she said.
"It's keeping a family business alive, keeping locals working locally, and offering the community an opportunity to be able to do everything they need on their doorstep."
Sarah's father Ryan Wilson bought the newsagency in 2009, when it was located in Vincent Street.
The business relocated to the plaza (now Lederer Cessnock) in September 2017.
"We are loving our new store in the plaza, and we are looking forward to the silly season and creating some great Christmas gifts for everyone," Sarah said.
"We have just finished setting up our Christmas stock and are so excited for everyone to come in and see what we've picked out.
"We have our regular card suppliers, which are always very popular, and this year we have extended our gift suppliers to around a dozen in total to make sure we have a vast range to suit everyone's needs."
