One of the supermarket's biggest community initiatives, the program sees shoppers collect stickers to help schools and early learning centres obtain a variety of much-needed resources.
Cessnock Public School stage three teacher Tahnee Milgate said the school set a target to collect 20,000 stickers this year, and exceeded its goal by more than 1000.
"It was good for the school community to come together and aim for that goal," she said.
Ms Milgate said the students were very excited to receive the equipment, which included STEAM kits, art and craft supplies and skipping ropes.
"The students absolutely love it," she said.
Woolworths Cessnock store manager Paul Langley and service assistant manager Charene Garnett visited the school on October 30 to deliver the equipment.
"We're so excited to be getting out and about in the community and to meet students at Cessnock Public School that will be receiving much-needed school equipment," Mr Langley said.
"We want to say a big thank you to everyone in the Cessnock community for your efforts in collecting stickers and helping local schools obtain resources that will help support the next generation of Aussie kids."
Woolworths will be delivering more than 500,000 pieces of educational equipment to schools and early learning centres across Australia thanks to this year's Earn and Learn program.
