The 14-year-old from Ellalong became the first Australian representative to win a final race in New Zealand in the KidzKartz series.
Chloe's mum Kirsty said the campaign didn't start well with Chloe's pony for the series Monet disqualified in their first heat for pacing instead of trotting.
"Most ponies don't pace so this made it very difficult for Chloe to drive," Kirsty said.
"Then in her second heat Chloe and Monet were once again disqualified for pacing.
"After a training day in Cambridge, Chloe worked Monet out and at their third and final heat they stormed home and trotted cleanly for a fourth.
"On final night, Chloe was confident she would get her pony Monet to trot and that's what she did. She balanced her pony to perfection and flew to the front and won the consolation final."
