Wednesday, December 18 will be the Advertiser's last day operating out of 155 Vincent Street, Cessnock.
While our office is closing, The Advertiser will continue to diligently serve the community with our weekly Wednesday newspaper, as we have done since 1960, and via our website, cessnockadvertiser.com.au.
Our current phone number - 4990 1244 - will still be operating. Senior journalist Krystal Sellars and advertising representative Jye Metcalfe will still be working in the Cessnock area, and - along with classifieds/administration officer Sally Tindall - are only a phone call or an email away.

"While we are moving out of 155 Vincent Street, our home of 48 years, it's not goodbye - the paper will continue to be published every Wednesday, and our team will still be out and about in the community, staying on top of local events and issues," Ms Sellars said.
Copies of the Advertiser previously available at our office can now be picked up in the Cessnock CBD from Beyond Church (169 Vincent Street - a short walk from our office), the Cessnock City Council administration building and Cessnock Plaza News and Gifts.
Today's Advertiser is our last for 2019. Our next edition will be published January 8, 2020.
"We would like to wish all of our readers and customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and we look forward to celebrating our 60th anniversary in 2020," Ms Sellars said.
Stay tuned to cessnockadvertiser.com.au for breaking news over the holiday season.
